The piece has a rectangular moulded top with rounded corners and a black faux leather writing insert above three mahogany lined frieze drawers with original turned knobs. The piece stands on four beautifully turned tulip legs, is a warm medium mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
