Fantastic Early William Moorcroft Pottery Pomegranate Plate  

This is a fine Moorcroft Plate in the Pomegranate Pattern. The plate is wonderfully detailed with a vast covering of fruits. Approximately just under 7 1/2" wide. In very good overall condition, there is some light wear and some minor crazing (mainly to the underside) commensurate with the age / nature of the piece. Stunning Large William Moorcroft Pottery Flambe Leaves And Fruit Plate  

This is a very fine William Moorcroft Flambe Plate in the Leaves and Fruit pattern. Wonderful tube lined and hand painted decoration, the colours are rich and deep and the covering and detail is fantastic. The flambe highlights the rich reds and plum colours of the fruit and the splendid reds, oranges and yellows of the leaves. The piece has the impressed W Moorcroft signature and Potter to H M the Queen (used between 1928 and 1949). This is over brushed in green with the William Moorcroft initials. Impressed Made in England. A good size piece at approximately just under 8 1/4" wide. The plate has remained in fantastic condition, there is some crazing commensurate with the age / nature of the piece. A superb piece of Moorcroft Flambe, the detail to the decoration is outstanding. William IV Mahogany Secretaire Bookcase, having a double S scroll swept cornice above an upper section with twin glazed doors enclosing shelved interior, flanked by acanthus leaf carved reeded pilasters, the base having fitted secretaire drawer with turned wooden knobs, the fall front opening to reveal satinwood fronted fitted interior, all above twin arched panel doors with flame mahogany veneers, and within further acanthus leaf capped reeded pilasters, the whole raised on turned feet. A William IV silver fish server in the fiddle pattern, the blade being pierced with scrolls and with a delicate thread border. Made in 1837 by John James Whiting of London, bearing the maker's mark JW and London 1836-1837 set of hallmarks. Length 12 in / 30 cm Condition : Excellent

NEW. A very decorative crystal cameo water jug of fluted conical form, with a narrow collar neck and applied loop handle. The body of the jug and the handle are acid cut and engraved with stylised fruiting trees and butterflies, the base is embellished with a large star burst; the colour graduates from a deep amber to clear. William IV mahogany tea / games table ca 1835. This striking William IV mahogany tea / games table has a solid mahogany top with rounded corners. The top swivels around and opens up to double the size, there is a concealed games compartment and the piece stands on a octagonal pedestal with a quadraform base and small turned feet. It is a rich red mahogany colour and has a striking grain, good patina, is in good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
