Oak chest |
| An oak chest with a well panelled front it has a lifting detachable top and has two drawers in the base. The colour of this piece is quite exceptional. This chest probably originates from Wales and is a fine example of this type of furniture.

| NEW. An attractive, drop shape scent bottle, with a cork lined silver screw top. The bottle features a group of women in traditional Welsh dress. They sit in a hand embellished country setting that continues on the reverse. | Georgian Oak Welsh Dresser with Rack ca 1800
This beautiful Georgian antique oak Welsh dresser has a shaped rack with moulded cornice above a deep frieze with inlaid sections and three plate shelves. The rack has its original pale blue paint finish and shaped brackets. The lower section has a rectangular top above three drawers, three central faux drawers and two cupboard doors all with turned knobs (one chipped) and diamond shaped ivory key escutcheons. The piece stands on beautiful shaped bracket feet, splits into two sections for ease of removals, is a rich medium oak colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
