Welsh oak cupboard dresser and rack

A fine Welsh oak dresser and rack, the base has three drawers and two panelled cupboard doors wih a large storage space behind the dummy drawers in the centre, the rack is original to the dresser and has three shelves. Sizes: 59"wide, 19"deep, 78"high. Date circa 1820.

C18th Ash & Elm Welsh Stick Back Chair. The curved crest rail & crudely shaped spindles above a heavy slab seat, with staved outswept legs. Retaining much original red paint, this chair has fine colour & patination.

C19th South Wales HoopBack Chair.

C19th South Wales Hoop Back Chair in ash & elm, with raked back and unusual shaped arm supports over a heavy shaped seat. The turned legs joined by an 'H' stretcher. retaining traces of red paint over the original green, this a fine chair with excellent colour & patination.

C18th Ash &Elm Welsh Stickback Chair. With residual red paint, the bowed toprail above five crude spindles & the elm seat supported on splayed legs.

C18th North Wales Low Oak Dresser With Excellent Colour & Patination. The twin plank top with moulded edge above two cupboard doors pierced with ventilation holes & flanking a set of three drawers fitted with brass handles. Standing 28.5ins (72cma) high on bracket feet, 58ins (148cms) long, 22ins (56cms) deep.

C18th Hereford/Welsh Borders Hoopback Armchair. With residual green paint, the hoopback with seven spindles & four arm supports. The 'D' shaped seat above splayed legs joined with an 'H' stretcher.

Oak chest

An oak chest with a well panelled front it has a lifting detachable top and has two drawers in the base. The colour of this piece is quite exceptional. This chest probably originates from Wales and is a fine example of this type of furniture. Sizes: 52"long, 24"deep, 34"high. Date circa 1740.

1910 WELSH COSTUME PORCELAIN SCENT PERFUME BOTTLE

NEW. An attractive, drop shape scent bottle, with a cork lined silver screw top. The bottle features a group of women in traditional Welsh dress. They sit in a hand embellished country setting that continues on the reverse. Condition: light surface age and use wear; no cracks or hairlines, good screw fit - if you have any questions about this item, contact me. Georgian Oak Welsh Dresser with Rack ca 1800 This beautiful Georgian antique oak Welsh dresser has a shaped rack with moulded cornice above a deep frieze with inlaid sections and three plate shelves. The rack has its original pale blue paint finish and shaped brackets. The lower section has a rectangular top above three drawers, three central faux drawers and two cupboard doors all with turned knobs (one chipped) and diamond shaped ivory key escutcheons. The piece stands on beautiful shaped bracket feet, splits into two sections for ease of removals, is a rich medium oak colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
