Antique Burr Walnut Extending Dining Table

Offered for sale is this superb quality Waring and Gillow burr walnut extending dining table that measures 54" x 36" extending to 72" x 36" with one leaf. The top is quarter veneered in burr/figured walnut with mahogany cross banding and feathered line inlay and stands on four elegant cabriole supports with carved shoulders and pad feet. It is of superb quality, dates to about 1930 and is in excellent showroom condition having been cleaned and sympathetically repolished whilst retaining its original character.
