Victorian Satin Birch Triple Wardrobe ca 1860 This beautiful Victorian satin birch triple wardrobe has a moulded cornice above a deep frieze and the corners are rounded. The piece has a central mirrored door with arched moulding and is flanked by two arched moulded full length doors all with Victorian glass knobs, key and working locks. The central interior has four oak lined sliding linen trays above three graduating oak lined drawers with original brass military style handles. The left interior has a brass hanging rail and the right interior has a brass hanging rail above a deep shoe box with lift up lid. The piece stands on a plain plinth, has original backboards, splits into five sections for ease of removals, is a light golden birch colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
