Victorian Whatnot  

A Victorian Burr Walnut Four-Tier Whatnot. There are no loose or bubbling veneers and has been given a very gentle polish to retian its original patina. It has a crown of inlaid veneers on the top section with a pyramid-type affect with all struts matching and each individual shelf has an inlay and cross-banding. This is a very attractive & sought-after piece of furniture. Delivery free within a 20 mile radius of Evesham, Worcs. otherwise 22p. per mile return journery will be charged. This whatnot can be viewed in our showrooms at Fladbury, Nr. Pershore, Worcs. from Tuesday / Sunday.

Circa 1870, attractive Victorian Burr walnut whatnot. Circa 1870, a Victorian burr walnut whattnot, very striking in appearace, it features 3 tiers supported via barley twist supports. This lovely item is serpentine fronted from top to bottom. At the base it has a drawer with turned handles and to the top a beautiful 3 sided fretwork gallery and finials. Raised upon original white china and bucket casters. Height 44" Width 23.5" Depth 16" Price £1295 (Ref : ST75)

Circa 1870, a figured Victorian Walnut Inlaid Canterbury whatnot. Circa 1870 this stunning figured walnut cantebury is raised upon white china casters, it features a three division lower section with stunning fretwork to all four sides and additional inlaid decorated drawer below. The top shelf, supported by futher fretwork is again veneered in stunning figured walnut with a four sided fretwork gallery. A beautiful example! Excellent condition and lovely colour.
