Edwardian burr Walnut Large Double Wardrobe ca 1900 This beautiful Edwardian Burr Walnut large double wardrobe/armoire has a moulded cornice above a deep frieze with Grecian moulding. The piece has two shaped bevelled mirrored doors with key and working locks flanked by two shaped raised fielded panels. Two panes have beautiful scrolled carvings and the other two beautifully figured burr walnut. The left interior has a hanging rail and the right interior has hooks (a hanging rail could be added if required). The lower section has two deep oak lined drawers with original brass handles and beautifully figured fronts. The piece stands on four cabriole legs, has original backboards, splits into four sections for ease of removals, is a golden walnut colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good original condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing. This wardrobe has full width hanging space behind two mirrored doors with two good sized drawers beneath which are veneered in burr walnut. The polish and handles are original.

Victorian Burr Walnut Triple Wardrobe ca 1870 This beautiful Victorian burr walnut triple wardrobe has a moulded cornice above a walnut deep frieze. The piece has a shaped bevelled central mirrored door flanked by two full length doors with shaped moulded fielded panels of beautifully figured walnut. Each door has brass rococo handles. The right interior has original brass hanging hooks and at the bottom a large double drawer with original brass handles. The left interior has three sliding linen trays above four graduating drawers with original brass handles. The piece stands on a moulded plinth, has rounded corners, original backboards, splits into four sections for ease of removals, is a warm red walnut colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good original condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing. Victorian Walnut ‘Lambs’ Triple Wardrobe ca 1850 This striking Victorian figured walnut triple wardrobe / armoire has the renowned makers stamp ‘Lambs of Manchester’. The piece has a moulded cornice above a deep frieze above four full length doors. The central doors are mirrored with arched moulding and the two outer doors are beautifully figured striking walnut. The doors have turned knobs, key and working locks. The right interior has mahogany turned hanging hooks and a later brass hanging rail above two over two graduating mahogany lined drawers with original brass swan neck handles, the left interior has a shelf above a later hanging rail, the lower shoe box is missing. The piece stands on a narrow moulded plinth, has flat columns down the front with unusual shaped corbels, has original back boards, splits into four sections plus doors for ease of removals, is a golden walnut colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
