Victorian Burr Walnut Biedermier Work Box ca 1860 This beautiful antique Victorian burr walnut biedermeir work box has a quarter veneer, serpentine moulded top and the interior has two replacement lift out trays above a storage compartment. The piece is an unusual curved shape and stands on four elegant tapering cabriole legs. The piece is a golden walnut colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
