Victorian Inlaid Burr Walnut Pier / Display Cabinet ca 1870 This beautiful antique Victorian inlaid burr walnut pier / display cabinet has a rectangular moulded top with canted corners above a beautiful inlaid frieze and intricate brass banding. The piece has a central glazed cupboard door with key and working lock and the interior has two fixed shelves with original velvet lining. The canted corners have intricate inlays and beautiful brass mounts. The piece stands on shaped bracket feet, has original back boards, is of a superb quality, is a warm medium walnut colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing. Victorian Inlaid Walnut Credenza / Sideboard ca 1880 This beautiful Victorian inlaid walnut credenza / sideboard has two white marble tops with a central moulded top. The two outer pedestals have inlaid frieze drawers with brass handles above two mirrored doors with beautiful inlay and turned columns at each side. The central section again has an inlaid frieze above a central mirrored door with arched moulding. All the doors have working locks and each interior has one fixed shelf. The piece stands on an inverted breakfront plinth with rounded corners, is a golden walnut colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
