the top inlaid with oval panels enclosed with boxwood and ebony stringing
over two short and two long marquetry veneered drawers.
Standing on replacement bun feet.

| A good country , early Georgian/George I walnut veneered chest of drawers circa 1720. Width 37,1/2" / 96cm , Height 37"/ 94cm . Depth 20"/ 51cm . The two short over three long drawers have walnut veneered fronts with walnut veneered crossbanded border . A good country piece for over 250 years old the chest carcass is constructed of deal wood with D-shaped moulding to the front and stands on bun shaped feet . Good condition with nice patination and fading to the walnut. Viewing available . Delivery can be arranged . |
