| Sheffield 1936 English hallmarked solid silver very large capstan inkwell with reeded borders by Walker and Hall, fine makers.
Hinged top contains glass liner, while the base is solid mahogany.
Size-6 inches in diameter by 2.5 inches high.
A very impressive and stylish piece for a desk, in classic form. With some minor marks to base edge, a beautifully presented impressive inkwell/instand, in very good condition. |
Quality pierced silver dish by Walker & Hall |
| This exquisite pierced silver dish is by the top makers Walker and Hall and is of the highest quality being of a very good gauge of silver and weighing in at an excellent 8 ½ oz. It is hallmarked 1935. The dish has a plain central surface surrounded by a wide pierced and chased band of flowers. The outer cast rim is decorated with foliage.
Condition: Excellent. There are no dents nicks splits or repairs, and just a minimal amount of scratching to the plain central surface.

| Elegant 19th century Victorian very unusual set of silverplated implements with beautifully carved ivory handles carved with acanthus leaves under turret tops. It comprises a butter knife, stilton scoop and pickle fork, by famous makers Walker and Hall.
Superb quality, with fine engraving to the blades and ferules, and fitted into the original silk and velvet lined case.
There is no discolouration to the ivory. There is a very fine expected age hairline to the handle of the scoop and the fork, but no instability at all.
Sizes-knife 8 inches long, scoop 8 7/8 inches long, fork 7 3/8 inches long.
This is a very beautiful and useful set, in very good condition. |

| Early 20th century mahogany table canteen containing 155 pieces of silverplate cutlery in the Kings pattern, mainly by famous makers Walker and Hall, comprising:19 dinner forks, 15 dinner knives, 15 lunch forks, 15 lunch knives, 9 fruit knives, 15 dessert spoons, 9 soup spoons, 12 fruit spoons, 10 fish forks, 9 fish knives, 12 teaspoons, 10 tablespoons, sugar tongs, 2 sauce ladles, long handled mustard spoon, and cake slice, in two fitted drawers.
Table includes fitted glass top and original key, making a wonderful side or serving table. Size 29 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 30.5 inches high.

Solid Silver Pepperette 1911 Walker & Hall |
| This very pretty silver pepperette was manufactured in Sheffield in 1911 by the famous silversmiths Walker & Hall.
It measures 3.75" (9.6cm) high by 1.75" wide at its widest part, and weighs 42 grams. It is in very good condition, and the hallmarks are crisp and clear, with matching hallmarks on the lid. There are no initials or monograms, and never have been. The oval body has gadrooning to the lower half, and the lid is well fitting and tight with no distortion.

In the so-called 'Queen Anne flutes' patern, with a good poouring spount, the hinged lid topped with a knob fluted to match thelower half of the body. Weight 25.5ozs. Ht.6ins. |
