Title. A Boat in an Estuary. Size 25x37cms Ovens worked between 1927 and 1940, working mainly in watercolour. He lived in Edinburgh and exhibited at the Royal Scottish Academy and the RSW.

A late Victorian satinwood bookcase of exceptional quality by Edwards and Roberts in the Sheraton revival style. The upper section is astragal glazed and the two lower doors are profusly inlaid with harewood, satinwood and boxwood. Both upper and lower sections are fitted with adjustable shelves, c.1890.
