Late victorian rosewood card/games table stamped "J A Shoolbred" on a turned leg with original castors & stretcher base.
Condition: Good some fading to top!

Victorian rosewood card table on a platform base with centre column and rectangular rounded corner upper part with swivel fold over top.
Condition: Is unrestored and needs little work to restore!

Early Victorian rosewood card table
Circa 1840 An Early Victorian Rosewood Card Table
Circa 1840, this early Victorian rosewood card table has a highly figured hinged top which opens to reveal a circular baise lined interior. The top swivels to reveal a recess for gaming counters, cards etc, and below is a shaped frieze bordered by scrolling acanthus carving. Beneath the frieze is a beautiful finely carved vase shaped stem terminating in well defined cabriole supports with foliate carving to the knees and toes . This beautiful table stands on original small brass casters and will suit the finest of interiors.
