Antique Piano Stool 1890-1910

This late Victorian/Edwardian piano stool is in good condition, with a central pod within three turned spindles, and has three carved feet. The seat revolves, but does not adjust in height, and the cover is in good condition, with no rips or tears. The stool is of an interesting design,and could be used as a piano stool, or would make an attractive dressing table/bedroom stool that would enhance anyone's home.

The mechanism works well on this piano and it has a wonderful depth of colour having been through our workshop and benefitting from being traditionally French polished and re-upholstered using traditional materials in an attracitve gold material. Victorian Piano Stool

Cracking little piano stool with blue velvet top. Rising mechanism works, if slightly rocky. Small piece of wood missing to one side but hardly noticeable on the lovely carving. Very, very attractive little piano stool. 12 inches wide on the seat, 21 inches high before winding up. This and many other items on display at Somerton Old Town Hall Antiques in Somerton, Somerset.
