Small Victorian Mahogany Tripod Table c1860

This is an attractive small Victorian Occasional table in solid mahogany, that would make a perfect lamp table/wine table. The circular top with moulded lip in well figured mahogany lies over a slender baluster turned pedestal on a circular platform base with three scrolled feet and carved paterae. The table is in very good original condition with no cracks or repairs and no evidence of warping or woodworm. Depth of colour is also very good. Overall, this is a super quality little occasional table which could be used for many purposes in the home.

Attractive early Victorian mahogany tripod lamp table/wine table c1840

This is a very attractive and useful small tripod table in solid mahogany. The circular top with moulded edge lies over a carved and baluster turned pedestal over a spreading tripod base with carved detail to the legs. Although this small table is over a hundred years old, it has obviously been well looked after in its lifetime as it is in very good condition, retaining the original wax finish, with a wonderful rich, glowing colour and patina. Altogether an elegant and useful small tripod table that would make a perfect wine table/lamp table.
