The variable size makes this rare table highly desirable as it extends from a two seater up to an eight seater table. The rectangular top has a moulded edge and stands on baluster turned supports with original castors. The extending mechanism works very well and comes complete with brass dovetail clips . This good quality antique Victorian mahogany extending dining table dates to about 1850 and is in excellent showroom condition having been cleaned and sympathetically repolished whilst retaining its original character.
