Late Victorian French Gilt Overmantle Mirror
Circa 1880, a large French Victorian gilt overmantle mirror with attractive flaming torch pediment and floral garland. The surround in gilt depicting attractive small flowers with leafs and buds. There are a few minor losses to the frame which arent noticeable and the original mirror has slight foxing which adds to its authenticity. The mirror is an excellent size and of good detail.

Large Victorian overmantle.
Very large Victorian. Single plate with bevelled edge. The mirror has very elaborate panelled back. It has been overpainted but with signs of original paint and gilt underneath.
Bought in a house Ashburton, Devon last week.

A Large Impressive Victorian Gilt Overmantle Mirror
Dating to around 1880 this impressive large Victorian Gilt Overmantle Mirror is of arched outline with foliate scrolling to the sides and surmounted by a gilt eagle with ivy leaves. Standing on original white porcelain bun feet it is certainly a beautiful item the original mirror being in excellent condition.
