The proportions of this mirror make it useful for over a fireplace, sideboard, or console table.

| Late Victorian French Gilt Overmantle Mirror
Circa 1880, a large French Victorian gilt overmantle mirror with attractive flaming torch pediment and floral garland. The surround in gilt depicting attractive small flowers with leafs and buds. There are a few minor losses to the frame which arent noticeable and the original mirror has slight foxing which adds to its authenticity. The mirror is an excellent size and of good detail.
