Large Victorian Walnut Coat / Hall Stand ca 1890 This large antique Victorian walnut coat / hall stand is in the style and quality of ‘Lambs, Manchester’. The piece has a swan neck pediment above a moulded cornice, a central mirror with reeded moulding, two beautiful carved plaques and a central marble top above a drawer with original brass handle. The lower section has two umbrella stands with trays and the piece has its original brass hanging hooks, beautiful turned upright supports, is a rich, warm, medium walnut colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing. Antique Oak Extending Dining Table

Offered for sale is this superb quality rectangular late Victorian oak dining table, 53" x 48" extending to 94" x 48" with two leaves. The rectangular top has a moulded edge with rounded corners above bobbin turned supports with brass and ceramic castors. The extending mechanism is the standard Joseph Fitter patented system and works very smoothly and comes complete with original handle. The table has been cleaned and sympathetically repolished whilst retaining its original character. It is in excellent showroom condition and dates to about 1900..

VICTORIAN WALNUT DAVENPORT

A VICTORIAN WALNUT DAVENPORT HAVING A GALLERIED TOP AND A LEATHER INSERT, AND STANDS ON A PLATFORM BASE WITH BUN FEET. THE FRONT SUPPORTS ARE CARVED AT THE KNEES AND TOES. THE TOP LIFTS TO REVEAL PAPER RACKS AND PEN TRAYS, AND TWO PULL OUT DRAWERS. THE LEFT SIDE IS FITTED WITH FOUR DUMMY DRAWERS, THE RIGHT SIDE HAVING FOUR DRAWERS THAT OPEN. THE SIZE IS APPROX 21"WIDE, 21"DEEP, 33"HIGH. THIS IS IN GREAT CONDITION FOR ITS AGE.
