Large Antique Extending Mahogany Dining Table

Offered for sale is this good mid Victorian mahogany telescopic dining table extending to approx 93" x 47" with two leaves. The rectangular top has rounded corners with a double edged moulded lip above turned and reeded supports with original brass and ceramic castors. The extending mechanism works very smoothly and comes complete with original handle. The table has been cleaned and sympathetically repolished whilst retaining its original character. It is in excellent showroom condition and dates to about 1870 and will seat ten to twelve.

Set of six Victorian mahogany dining chairs C1870. This is a very nice set of "Admiralty" pattern dining chairs. They are from the same maker as stock no.CH5157 and have the same backs. The upholstery is good but can be changed if necessary. All the joints are sound and the polish is good. £1850. Stock No CH5221
