Victorian mahogany breakfront chiffonier C1870. This chiffonier has been restored by ourselves and polished to a mellow mahogany colour. The quality of the carvings is particularly good. Behind the nicely figured doors are drawers, linen slides and a cellarette. 78" wide x 23" deep x 57" high.

Victorian Mahogany Sideboard / Chiffonier ca 1840 This beautiful quality early Victorian mahogany sideboard / chiffonier has a raised shaped back with beautiful scrolled carvings above an inverted breakfront top with canted corners. The piece has a central mahogany lined frieze drawer above a panelled back and base. Each pedestal has a mahogany lined drawer above an arched panelled door with canted corners and beautiful elegant carved corbels. The left interior has one mahogany lined sliding adjustable tray and the right interior has one fixed shelf above a deep mahogany drawer with original brass handle and cellerette interior. The piece stands on a moulded plinth with canted corners, has original backboards, is a rich red mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good original condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
