Antique Victorian Burr Walnut Centre Table ca 1890
This beautiful antique Victorian burr walnut centre table has a rectangular moulded top which has a beautifully figured walnut centre, brass moulding, inlaid motifs and ebonised edges. The piece stands on four beautiful turned column supports, has a turned cross stretcher and four splayed legs with white porcelain ‘Cope & Collinson’ castors. The base is ebonised with burr walnut inlaid sections (a couple of old repairs) and the piece is a rich golden walnut colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.

This stunning antique Victorian burr walnut centre / writing table has a rectangular moulded top with rounded corners and brown tooled faux leather writing insert. The piece has a deep frieze with two mahogany lined frieze drawers and is finished at the back enabling the piece to be displayed anywhere in a room. The piece stands on two beautiful turned pedestals, has four elegant scrolled carved legs and a beautiful turned cross stretcher. The piece is a rich golden walnut colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.

Victorian Burr Walnut Antique Table
Circa 1860, a Victorian Walnut Centre Table. The serpentine shaped top features excellent "quatered" figured walnut veneers with short supporting frieze below. The whole is raised on a carved and turned cheval base of lovely deep honey colour. Finished with white porcelain casters.
