Victorian Mahogany Bedside Cabinet ca 1870 This beautiful Victorian mahogany bedside cabinet / pot cupboard has a raised shaped back above a rectangular moulded top. The piece has a central cupboard door with moulded edge and original brass handle. The interior has one fixed shelf, the piece stands on a plain plinth, is a warm red mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good original condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing. The interior has one fixed shelf. The piece stands on a plain plinth, all the corners are rounded and the backboards are original. The piece has a few minor marks on the top, is a rich red colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good original condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
