Early 20thC Venetian ruby flashed glass goblet with engraved and personalised decoration standing on nude stem.

Early 20th century Venetian ruby flashed glass goblet with engraved foliate decoration, and the name "Sylvia," standing on etched glass stem of nude maiden. With some wear to the flashing, but otherwise in very good condition. Size 7.25 inches high by 3.5 inches wide. A lovely and unusual goblet.

c1900 UNUSUAL VASELINE URANIUM GLASS JAR, METAL MOUNTS

NEW. A most unusual and striking Vaseline glass covered jar, with relief grape bunches and large leaves on four knob feet. A handsome, ovoid shape glass scent bottle, with a patterned brass hinged top and collar, a cork stopper, as well as a suspensory chain with finger ring. The swirled blue, black and white body has silver aventurine inclusions. Victorian Venetian style mirror

An attractive hexagonal Venetian style Victorian wall mirror, the central etched mirror being surrounded by 8 individual smaller mirrors, all etched with floral leaf decoration and held in place by small glass decorative flowers. The whole surround having a rope twist decoration. Due to the age of this mirror there are a few old repairs to the frame and this is reflected in the price, but they are not really noticeable and add to its character. Stunning Victorian venetian style mirror

A beautiful Venetian style Victorian mirror, the central bevelled mirror being surrounded by 8 smaller individual mirrors all etched with floral decoration and held in place by glass flower decoration. The whole surmounted by attractive acanthus glass pediment. Due to the age of this delicate and beautiful mirror there are a few minor repairs which are not initially obvious but should be pointed out for accuracy, in fact they add to the character and authenticity of this lovely mirror. Venetian 'lacca contrafetta' vase c.1785

A most unusual 'lacca contrafetta' vase; Venetian c.1785. Imitation lacquer was very fashionable in 18th century Venice to decorate objects in the'Oriental' style. The terracotta vase is probably Persian and the carved wooden lid and handles Venetian. Although extensively damaged and crudely repaired this vase is a rare survival and of great decorative merit.
