The piece stands on a beautiful turned pedestal and tripod splayed legs with pad feet, the base is associated with a good quality period mahogany top, the piece is a rich red mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
