19thC framed ecclesiastical textile

From the collection of the internationally famous economist Lord Peter Bauer, a lovely early 19th century framed ecclesiastical textile featuring gold metallic threads and fringe, professionally mounted in gilt frame in the conservation manner. Lord Bauer was highly regarded in economy, but also was a great art collector. He died in 2002. This is a chance to own something unique, and with a very interesting provenance. Antique Persian Hamadan Runner C1900

A good narrow width example of a Persian ,Hamadan runner Circa 1900 . Width 2' , 3" /69cm , length 9', 6" /295cm . The pile is generally good to low with specific floor board wear in one place (see image). Very good colour with pleasing motifs typical of the region . 80 -100 year old .
