This beautiful antique carved oak refectory dining table has a rectangular top above two beautifully turned carved pedestals with carved centres, shaped brackets and a cross stretcher for added stability and is of a pegged construction. The table is a medium oak colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.

| GEORGIAN OAK REFECTORY TABLE. THE TABLE IS JOINTED AND PEGGED. THE FOUR LEGS ARE CANTED WITH SHAPED ARCHED TOP CORNERS, TOGETHER WITH THE BOX STRETCHERS MAKE THIS A VERY SOLID TABLE. THE TOP HAS BEEN FITTED LATER BUT MANY YEARS AGO. THIS IS A SUPER TABLE AND IS GREAT CONDITION. THE SIZE IS APPROX 63"LONG, 28"DEEP, 29"HIGH. VERY REASONABLE TRANSPORT COSTS CAN BE ARRANGED. |

| Circa 1930 all solid oak refectory dining table with shaped and pierced supports united by a stretcher, in very good condition.
Size-71 inches long by 29 inches wide.
The trestle style base allows seating for 8 people comfortably, as there are no obstructions to legs.
The table disassembles into the separate top and three other pieces, plus 6 pegs, for transport. This will allow it to fit into any home.
The five carved oak chairs, stock number 5105, complement this table beautifully. See the listing on this site. They show in some of the photos here.
Also would be wonderful to use in a study for use as both a computer and work table.
The colour is wonderful, and the table is in very good condition. An excellent example at a very good price.

This beautiful Victorian solid oak refectory table has a rectangular one and a half inch thick solid oak top above a deep frieze and has four beautiful turned reeded legs. This quality oak table is a marriage and is now a much larger table. The table would easily seat ten people, is a golden oak colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
