THER ARE SIGNS OF OLD WORM AND THERE HAS BEEN A REPAIR (INFILL) TO ONE OF THE LEGS AND THERE ARE HOLES IN THE NEEDLEWORK. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL PHOTOS.

| A great 19th Century French serpentine shaped window seat in Louis XV1 style with it's original paint finish. Currently upholstered in red velvet. Measurements are 140cms wide 40cms deep 69cms high. |
Qing Dynasty garden seat |
| A Qing Dynasty, c.1880, pottery garden seat of an exceptionally pleasing glaze and colour.
In Chinese symbolism the ancient swastika motif represents the heart of Buddha, all happiness, the mind and infinity.
This decorative and useful stool would be equally at home in a garden, conservatory or living room.
SIZE: 19 inches tall
CONDITION: one small chip to a bottom angle (shown in photograph); one swastika motif has been broken and glued, glaze to the top slightly rubbed. |
Early 1900's Mahogany Stool, Woolwork Embroidered Top |
| A useful early 1900's mahogany stool with cabriole legs ending in pad feet. The drop-in seat is covered in a woolwork tapestry in brown, orange, yellow and green, and is in excellent condition with no wear or moth damage. The shallow recess beneath the top is a useful storage space for papers or magazines.
The stool measures 14" high by 18" long and 13" wide.
Stools like this are versatile and practical, and would fit into most rooms in the house.

Dished Stool with Cane Seat |
| This elegant dished seat mahogany framed stool dates from the early 1900's, and is in very good condition.
It stands on cabriole legs ending in pad feet, and the dished seat has been professionally re-caned to a high standard. The stool measures 18" high by 19" long by 14.5" wide.
An attractive and versatile piece of furniture that would easily fit into sitting room, bedroom or hall.

| An oak stool, late 17th/early 18th century, with uphostered seat. Good colour and 'crusty' patina.
Oak legs and stretchers, pine top rails. Possibly converted from a small 17th c. table.
