Hinged top contains glass liner, while the base is solid mahogany.
Size-6 inches in diameter by 2.5 inches high.
A very impressive and stylish piece for a desk, in classic form. With some minor marks to base edge, a beautifully presented impressive inkwell/instand, in very good condition. |

| Birmingham 1908 pair of heavy solid English hallmarked silver dessert stands made by the Gorham Manufacturing Company, quality makers.
Sensuous undulating edges with applied fluted trim are supported by shaped pedestals.
Given as a gift in Whitefield, Lancashire, and inscribed with the charming 1910 inscription to the original owner, shows the provenance of the pair.
These are a lovely pair of dessert stands in excellent condition, weighing 670 grams together.
Size 8.5 inches wide by 4 inches high.
As they are now exactly 100 years old, they would make a very special gift for a significant birthday, anniversary, or wedding. |

Victorian silverplate aesthetic kettle on stand |
| Victorian silverplate aesthetic naturalistic spherical kettle on stand, which allows pouring to be done by tipping forward only, without lifting. Branch design makes up kettle handle and spout, and forms the basis for the stand as well. Spirit burner keeps tea warm.
All original kettle and stand, including spirit burner. Some minor wear to plate on the lid.
A most unusual naturalistic kettle and stand, with great style, and in very good condition.
