PAIR EARLY C20th STAFFORDSHIRE GREYHOUND WHIPPET FIGURES |
| An excellent pair of greyhounds - often called whippets - standing on oval rustic painted bases with additional relief fern sprays. The dogs have gilt collars, and hares lie at their feet. Both bases are embellished with gilt bands. Condition: colour refreshed to the collar of one dog; stress line to the base of one dog's back leg, stress line to one base edge; minor wear commensurate with age; nothing further found; mould definition good - if you have any questions about this item, contact me.
