This beautiful antique Regency mahogany wine / lamp table has a rectangular top with reeded edge above a deep frieze with mahogany banding. The piece stands on four tapering legs and has a H stretcher for added stability. The piece is a rich red mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.

Small George III Mahogany Kneehole Desk C1790 |
| A nice small sized George III period kneehole desk /dressing table circa 1770-1790 . Dimensions : Width= 31"/79cm, Height =29"/74cm , Depth =20"/51cm . It has a full length freize drawer above graduated cockbeaded drawers to each side . The drawers are oak lined although two of them have been rebuilt in mahogany some time ago . To the centre is a cupboard with a cockbeaded door and working lock and key . The desk stands on a moulded border with shaped bracket feet . These pieces are also used as side tables . viewing welcome . Delivery available . |

This wonderful petite example of a W1Vth Rosewood card table simply oozes quality. The unusually small highly flame veneered top swivels, and opens to reveal a baize lined interior, the whole supported on elegant turned stem with upturned lotus leaf detailing raised on a quadruped base with impressive lion paw feet.
Not only is this a beautiful example it has the added benefit of being especially narrow which makes it perfect for so many applications.

The piece stands on a beautiful turned pedestal and has four scrolled splayed legs with lion paw brass castors. The top has an old repair (not very noticeable) and is also a very good marriage.
