Early 20thC Norwegian small solid silver and enamel spoon.

Early 20th century small solid silver marked .925 sterling, the same as English sterling silver, hallmarked Norwegian silver and enamel spoon. Interesting pierced stem with green enamel design. Unusual shaped bowl. May be a caddy spoon, or perhaps for sugar. A lovely spoon in very good condition.

A small plain silver whistle, hallmarked for Birmingham 1900 and of the type used in the late 19th - early years of the 20th century for summoning taxis. Length without ring 1.5 ins. Excellent condition and very ciollectable.

A small, pretty ladle believed to be Portuguese

A very pretty small ladle in softly gilded silver, the front engraved with leaves surmounted by a coat of arms and a Crown finial. The bowl embossed with a floral design. Three marks on the unadorned back of the handle - the central one being the image of a seated boar. The marks appear to be Portuguese c.1881-1938 Length 4.75ins Excellent condition.

Mauve enamelled silver small compact

A very pretty small silver compact, hallmarked for London 1927. With a hinged lid engine turned and enamelled in a soft mauve. The sides of both lid and base also with an engine turned design enamelled over with the same mayve. The base engine turned only with a 'sunburst' design. Interior gilded and with a mirror in the lid. Dia. 5 cms.
