Small Early 20th C Bow Front Cupboard on Chest This beautiful small early 20th Century cupboard on chest has a bow front reeded top above two cupboard doors with quarter veneered mahogany panels, key and working lock. The piece has two bow front drawers with original handles, stands on splayed bracket feet and has a shaped apron. The backboards are later, and the piece is a warm medium mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing. Small Period Country Oak Coffer ca 1690 This beautiful small period country oak coffer has a panelled lift up lid above a panelled front with moulded edges. The piece stands on raised feet and has oak panelled back and sides. One panel has a fine crack and the hinges are replacements, not unusual for an early 17th century piece of furniture. The piece is of a pegged construction, a warm medium / dark oak colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
