Birmingham 1901 solid silver pin cushion in coronation chair form by HOLLAND AND ALDWINCKLE, famous makers. |
| Birmingham 1901 English hallmarked solid silver pin cushion, made by famous makers Holland and Aldwinckle.
Beautifully modelled in coronation chair form, with high pointed back, the chair stands on a base guarded by a lion to each corner. The detail is lovely, with pierced work, and the textured effect of carved wood.
The leather covered cushion is original.
Weighs 35 grams without cushion.
Size-3 inches high by 1.6 inches wide by 1 inch deep.
Very collectable.

c1900 COBALT OVERLAY SCENT PERFUME BOTTLE, SILVER TRIM |
| NEW. A handsome cobalt overlay glass scent bottle, with a honeycomb facet stopper. The bottle has a trumpet rim, lightly waisted neck and compressed globular body on a flat base; the surface is cut to clear with a series of oblong and circular lenses, flower petals and grooves, the base in embellished with a star burst. The shoulders are decorated with a pierced floral pattern sterling silver band, the rim is mounted with a plain silver cover. Condition: stopper a good fit but possibly a replacement, one or two nibbles and nicks to the stopper; light age and use wear; no damage found - if you have any questions about this item, contact me. Seller operates a 100% purchase price money back returns policy if not completely satisfied. Circa 1900, probably Bohemian, the silver band scratch marked "1006" twice. 4½in/11.4cm high. |
Engine turned silver photo frame |
| This is a very attractive engine turned silver photo frame hallmarked 1924. It is nicely shaped with a pointed arched top and has a wooden frame and wooden hinged support.
Condition: Good. The silver is in good condition with no dents splits or nicks. There is a slight crease of about ¼” on one side and a very slight movement away from the wooden backing in the bottom right hand corner. Neither of these shows very much and I would consider these to be no very significant in a frame of this age. The wooden frame is in very good condition, and the hinged support sound and stable. All the pins pinning the silver fascia to the wooden frame are firmly in place.
Dimensions: 6” (15.5 cm) tall and 4 ¾” (11.5 cm) wide at the bottom.

| A huge red walnut silver chest in excellent condition. The two plank top covers the large storage box which sits above a pair of full width graduated drawers. This magnificent chest standing on shaped bracket feet with later brass handles has superb colour and patina. It offers heaps of practical storage as well as being a super eye-catching piece of period furniture.

Birmingham 1905 stunning solid silver and ivory paper knife by Deakin and Francis, in the Art Nouveau design. |
| Birmingham 1905 beautiful English hallmarked Art Nouveau solid silver and ivory paper knife/page turner, made by Deakin and Francis in a very aesthetic style of twisting bands over curved panels surmounted by a stylised shell. Textured sections accent the polished panels. Beautiful grain to the ivory, which is in perfect condition.
Size-13 3/8 inches long by 1 3/8 inches wide.
Deakin and Francis is a fine well known firm that began in 1786 in Regent Street in London, and still remain family owned today. During this period, early in the 20th century, they made many Art Nouveau and Arts and Crafts aesthetic period silver items, which are as popular today as they were 100 years ago. They are most contemporary in style, and go with many periods of decoration.

| With marks for the period 1899-1924, a solid German hallmarked silver pair of .800 fine salad servers with original gilt bowls, made by Gebruder Reiner.
Size 8.5 inches long each, and weighing 150 grams.
In very good condition, and with a nice scrolled design to the stems, these are both very useful and lovely.
Antique silver salad servers are not often found, and these are in very good condition as well. |

| Turn of 19th/20th centuries, large pair of sheffield silver plated wine coasters with cast and applied edges of grapes and vines, on bulbous tapering sides, over turned wood bases.
Their large size will hold decanters and magnum sized bottles.
Size-8 inches diameter outside, and 5 inches diameter inside, by 3 inches high.
In excellent condition, this pair is both useful and very beautifully crafted.

| A turn of the 19th/20th century .800 fine solid German hallmarked silver service for 12 people by Posen, an excellent maker, in the double struck fiddle and thread pattern. The knife handles are .925 fine. They are heavy weight and in excellent condition, all presented in tarn proof rolls.
The service consists of 60 pieces total, comprising 12 each of: dinner knives, dinner forks, dessert spoons, dessert forks, and teaspoons.
The knife blades are stainless steel.
One five piece place setting is shown in photo.
Sizes-9.25 long knife, 8.25 inches long dinner fork, and 8.75 inches long dessert spoon.
They are monogrammed with an "E" which can be buffed off if desired.

Table includes fitted glass top and original key, making a wonderful side or serving table. Size 29 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 30.5 inches high.
