| Early 20th century unusual French silverplate pair of ice tongs with ball terminals, and with lever action, and grips to grasp the cubes.
8.25 inches long.
In excellent condition. Very contemporary in style for an antique.

| Sheffield 1905 solid English hallmarked silver set of Art Nouveau twin handled tea service comprising sugar bowl, cream jug, and sugar tongs in original shaped fitted case by very good makers James Deakin and Sons, and retailed by famous retailer Hamilton and Co. of India.
Graceful flowing repousse design is complemented by original gilt interiors. The boat shape of the sugar bowl, and helmet shape of the jug are lovely.
Sizes-jug 3.74 inches wide by 2.5 inches high; sugar bowl 5 inches wide by 2.75 high; sugar tongs 3.5 inches long.
All are enclosed in the original shaped and fitted case, with the only blemish being the silk in the interior lid of the case is foxed, which can be easily changed.

London 1887 cased set of 12 solid silver gilt spoons with sugar tongs by Aldwinckle and Slater. |
| London 1887 wonderful set of 12 solid English hallmarked silver coffee spoons and matching sugar tongs in original very striking fitted case.
The spoons and tongs have spiral twist stems with cast apostle terminals to both top and bottom (very unusual), and rat tailed bowls with pale traces of original gilding.
Retailed by Taylor and Langford of Bristol, and made by John Aldwinckle and Thomas Slater, of the firm Holland, Aldwinckle and Slater, important makers who also supplied firms such as Elkington, Mappin and Webb, and Hunt and Roskell with their silver wares. Such firms only sold the best silver.
Spoon size is approximately 4.5 inches long.
Total weight of silver 165 grams.

Boxed Set Solid Silver Tea/Coffee Spoons & Tongs |
| This attractive boxed set of six tea/coffee spoons and matching sugar tongs was manufactured by Josiah Williams in London in 1939.
They weigh in total 85 grams, and the length of the spoons is 4.25" (10.7cm), and the tongs measure 3.5" (9.3cm). The spoon handles are in the Hanoverian pattern, with a shell pattern to the base of the bowls of both the spoons and tongs. They are in excellent condition, with no dents or wear to the bowls of the spoons and no damaage or distortion to the tongs.
The case measures 6" (15.3cm) wide and 7.5" (19.5cm) long, and is in good condition, with a well fitting lid, and firm clasp, and bears the name of the retailer, the prestigious Powell & Son, Goldsmiths of High Street, Oxford.

| Victorian cased set of 6 silver coffee spoons with matching sugar tongs. In Old English and Shell pattern with pretty brightcut decoration, this would be a charming gift.
Three of the spoons are slightly later than the other three and the tongs, but by the same maker so clearly this is a set.

| A very nice silver server for asparagus or pastries. Excellent hallmarks for Sheffield 1910. Crest on upper side with what appears to be a sitting fox and a reed and tie border - plain on the reverse. Length 7.5ins. Condition excellent. |
