Pair W. Bateman Sauce Ladles 1816 |
| This Beautiful pair of matching sauce ladles was manufactured in London in 1816 by the prestigious and highly sought-after silversmith William Bateman.
They measure 6.5" (16.5cm) long and together weigh a substantial 105 grams. The hallmarks are extremely crisp and clear, with no wear to them.
They are in excellent condition, with no repairs, and are not monogrammed and never have been.
As all serious collectors of silver will know, William Bateman is the most desirable of the Bateman family.
