Victorian Indian Silver Plate Teaset |
| This highly unusual and attractive Victorian Indian three piece teaset and tray was manufactured in the late 1800's for the British Raj. The interiors are gilded, and there are no dents or damage, with the exception of two small repairs to the underside of the tray, which have been made with solid silver pieces and are invisible from the top. There is some slight wear to the plating, commensurate with age.
The filigree effect decoration is very intricate and delightful. This most unusual teaset and tray would be an attractive addition to anyone's home. |
