Asian unmarked silver substantial and heavy circular napkin ring with raised pattern of figures holding hands and dancing, with plain bands to edges and convex sides. Size 1 inch wide. Victorian 19th century superior quality napkin ring dated April 6, 1893 to interior.  

Dated 1893 to interior, a superior quality Victorian silver plate napkin ring of circular waisted form, with flaring sides. Substantial size and weight at over 1 inch wide, there are pretty initials to the cartouche. Central band of unusual heart shaped engraving, and beaded edges. The cartouche is beautifully and lightly engraved with design and initial. It is very unusual to find 19th century napkin rings, particularly in usable condition. Most are from the 20th century. This is a lovely rare example, in very good condition. It would be a lovely gift for a special event, or a great addition to the dining table, mixed with other antique silver.
