London 1875 solid English hallmarked silver childs or Christening set comprising fork and spoon in original fitted case by Martin and Hall, renowned makers of fine quality silver. Lovely scroll and leaf engraving to stems. Measuring 6.5 inches long each, and weighing 65 grams, this Victorian set is in very good condition.

Sheffield 1916 and 1921 solid silver childs or Christening set by Charles Boyton and Sons.

Sheffield 1916 and 1921 solid English hallmarked silver childs or Christening set of fork and spoon, with ribbon edged stems. Made by Charles Boyton and Sons, very good makers, these must have been given to a child five years apart, perhaps at Christening and then at a 5th birthday. Weighing 65 grams total, each piece is 6 inches long. In the identical pattern and by the same maker, they are a lovely set in very good condition.

Sheffield 1900 solid English hallmarked silver Victorian childs or Christening set comprising fork and spoon in lovely double struck pattern of feathered and scrolled edges made by Maxfield and Sons. 6.5 inches long each, and weighing a total of 85 grams. In very good condition.

19thC solid silver German cased childs or Christening set cutlery and beaker.

19th century, marked for before 1888 solid German hallmarked silver .750 fine childs service comprising fork, dessert sized spoon, and beaker in original unusually shaped case. The fork shows wear to tines, therefore the value of the set has been determined by just the spoon and the beaker, but fork is still usable, and in otherwise very good condition. The beaker is really lovely, engine engraved, and has a Greek key design to top and bottom border, and around cartouche. The fork and spoon have a fine double struck Art Nouveau scroll pattern to the stems. Fork measures 7.25 inches long. Spoon measures 7.5 inches long. Beaker is 2.5 inches high by 2.5 inches wide. Fork worn to tines, while the spoon and beaker are in very good condition.

Birmingham 1930-37 solid English hallmarked silver childs cased set including egg cup, spoon, napkin ring, and cup, by maker J.G. Ltd., in original case. A complete and wonderful gift for a child's birth or Christening. In excellent condition, only the spoon appears to have ever been used!

February 1876 (dated by Victorian stamped registration lozenge) exquisite silverplate and mother of pearl childs or Christening set comprised of three pieces of cutlery-a spoon, fork, and mother of pearl handled knife, in original shaped case. Lovely engraving to knife blade and stems of other two pieces. Made by very good makers William Hutton and Sons. A beautiful set in excellent condition.
