London 1735, George II pair of solid silver table spoons in Hanoverian pattern, with rat tailed bowls. |
| London 1735, made during the reign of George II, a pair of solid English hallmarked silver tablespoons in the Hanoverian pattern.
With crisp rat tailed ovoid bowls, and raised rib to stems, these are a lovely pair to collect and use.
Excellent spoons for serving vegetables, puddings, or for soup.
Size 8 inches long each, and 100 grams of weight total.
The hallmarks are in very good condition for their age, other than the makers mark which is rubbed away.
A great talking point to have and use spoons that are 273 years old!

| Birmingham 1882/83 set of 4 solid English hallmarked silver salts in shell form, with original gilded bowls and standing on ball feet in excellent condition.
Beautifully made by Henry Hudson Plante, of Federick Street Works, Birmingham, with heavy weight, weighing 75 grams, and sized 1.75 inches in diameter, and .75 inches high.

Chester 1898 solid pierced and embossed silver bowl |
| 19th century pierced and embossed silver oval bowl first made in France in the first standard of solid silver, and later imported to England and assayed as required. Therefore also bearing import marks for Chester 1898 for solid English hallmarked silver.
Size 7.5 inches long by 4 inches wide by 3 inches high.
A beautifully made bowl with pierced and embossed top edge, two graceful handles, and cast and applied paw feet.
In excellent condition.

Sheffield 1944 solid silver pierced pedestal grape bowl |
| Unusual solid English hallmarked silver grape dish on stand with chased and applied undulating edges of grape bunches and vines, and star shaped solid centre, surrounded by pierced border of leaves and grapes. Made by Stower and Wragg. Quite heavy, and a lovely piece on which to serve grapes. Excellent condition.

| A have never seen these AMAZING hand painted birds painted on these lovely shaped dishes. Also, this dish is in PERFECT CONDITION, with no chips, cracks or restorations. Another first, as those points are just asking to be chipped. The enamels are lovely and bright. Fully maked to the back with the anchor mark and typical stilts marks for Chelsea. A SUPERB EXAMPLE, that I feel sure would be above £1,000 in a good porcelain dealers shop. |

| An AMAZING VERY LARGE Chelsea RED ANCOR PERIOD dish, C.1755. Incredably, this has remained in PERFECT CONDITION. Untouched in over 250 years, with no chips, cracks or restorations. Size:- 13 1/4ins by 10 1/2ins. I guarantee this to be 18th century Chelsea porcelain as discribed, or I will take it back for a full refund. You are very wellcome to take it to any of the big auctioneers to verify, such as Christies or Sothebys, or any other specialist in 18th cent English porcelain. I would also wager that they would value this at £2,000 / £3,000.
