Eichwald Cabinet Plate, Signed

Eichwald Cabinet Plate signed by artist AF. Lovely scene of ladies in garden or forest in central panel surrounded by burgandy border and gilding. Beehive mark to base numbers 860/24 and dated 1901, further number 94. Condition: wear to gilding only and minutest of slither chip to rim a touch of gilt would rectify. Otherwise nice good clean condition. 24 cm diameter.

1924 ROYAL WORCESTER fruit plate signed H. Everett.

Royal Worcester porcelain hand painted fruit plate, signed by the artist, H. Everett, and marked with the 1924 date mark, during the heyday of the famous Royal Worcester fruit artists. These artists used the porcelain as canvases to express their artistic talent and create life like designs that they were allowed by Royal Worcester to personally sign. Plates from the 1920's are among the most sought after. This side plate has absolutely gorgeous colours, with the fruit so beautifully and realistically painted on the exquisitely mottled background, finishing with gilt edging. The puce coloured Royal Worcester date mark for 1924 is on reverse. Size is 6.5 inches in diameter, or 16 cm. There is some light crazing to the glaze, difficult to see except under high magnification. It is in otherwise excellent condition.

5 LOVELY Royal Worcester dishes by TOM LOCKYER signed. I do have another 6 of these lovely dishes, and all 11 are in EXCELLENT condition, with no chips, cracks or restorations. The gilding is much more rich than my photos show, as it kept getting whited out in the photos. All pieces are fully marked to the backs with the early puce Royal Worcester stamp, and date code for 1931.
