Birmingham 1899, exquisite quality unusual solid English hallmarked silver set comprising shoe horn, glove stretchers, and glove and boot hooks, with repousse design of man serenading woman with musical instrument, in garden setting. A very romantic design. Shoe horn, and button hooks have steel blades, while glove stretchers have ivory blades. Size-shoehorn, 6.75 inches long; glove stretchers 7.75 inches long; glove hook 3 1/8 inches long; boot hook 6 5/8 inches long. All are in excellent condition, and are enclosed in the original fitted case. These were made by Lister and Son. A very lovely, unusual and collectable set, which makes a wonderful display.
