| A circular sewing collectible in the form of an emery, used for cleaning rust from needles & pins. Dating from c. 1850, the front has a coloured print of York Minster beneath a bevelled glass; the reverse is mirrored. Dia.4.5cms Condition very good. |

| Regency Mahogany Work / Sewing Table ca 1830
This beautiful Regency mahogany work / sewing table has a rectangular flamed mahogany top with rounded corners above a mahogany lined drawer with divider. The piece has a faux drawer at the opposite and all the handles are original. The piece has a pull out work basket that has been recently upholstered. The piece stands on four beautiful turned upright supports, has a turned cross stretcher and four bun feet with small castors. The piece is a rich red mahogany colour with a
striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
