| These LOVELY plaques are in great need of framing, and would in my opinion, look wonderfull in one frame. The pair of large ones 9ins long by 6ins wide could be framed on their own. They are all in EXCELLENT CONDITION.
They are also possibly painted in Meissen style. |

A SUPERB Sevres Tete-A-Tete. Late 18th century. |
| This is a VERY RARE set for two reasons. 1). It is true 18th century and DECORATED IN THE 18th CENTURY, as opposed to the 95% of Sevres we see which is either decorated in the 19th cent or even into the 20th cent. 2). It is a COMPLETE set, as opposed to the individual pieces we see from time to time.
Fully marked to the undersides, with the interlaced blue Sevres marks, date codes, and painter's numbers.
Condition:- SUPERB.
I think this set could sell for £2,000 plus in a good London sale, but I am happy to make an easy sale on this site. More photos on request. |
