Set of Six Victorian Mahogany Dining Chairs ca 1840 This beautiful antique set of six Victorian mahogany dining chairs have curved shaped backs with beautiful carved central back supports. The chairs stand on splayed back legs, beautifully turned front legs and have moulded front edges. The chairs have a couple of minor old repairs, have been recently upholstered in a neutral cream fabric, are a rich medium mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
