Set of Six Carved Oak Dining Chairs ca 1920 This beautiful antique set of six carved oak dining chairs have beautiful shaped carved backs with turned front legs, turned bobbin supports, five additional stretchers for added stability, solid seats and are of a pegged construction. The chairs are a medium oak colour with a striking grain, good patina, are in very good condition and have been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing. The chairs have a carved and shaped back rail with vertical fretted slat and barley twist supports with turned finials above newly reupholstered drop-in seats covered in a neutral gold and cream John Lewis fabric and on turned legs.
