It is very unusual to find 19th century napkin rings, particularly in usable condition. Most are from the 20th century.

Beautifully shaped and enamelled in gold colour over detailed engraving, these two pieces are both practical and decorative. The mirror is glazed with bevelled glass.
Size-mirror 11.25 inches long by 4.75 inches wide: brush 9.5 inches long by 3 inches wide.
With only a couple of minor flakes to the enamel, these are lovely period pieces in very good condition |

Beautiful cushion shape. Leaf engraved sides surround alternating bands of striped engraving. There is also a blank cartouche within the design on one side which would be suitable for initials if desired.
The hinged lid opens from the top, and closes securely.
Lovely for business cards, making a great purchase or gift for a man or a woman.

| Birmingham 1912 rare English hallmarked solid silver footed collapsible travelling beaker including the original silk lined case, which is very unusual to not have been separated from the beaker.
Unusually large, this is a six section beaker by the very famous and collectable maker George Unite, and has a banded top, footed base, and the original gilt lining.
Used by the well to do gentleman when travelling, this collapses to small size for the pocket. When expanded to full size, it provides a watertight beaker.
Weight-125 grams.
Size-3.6 inches high by 2.5 inches diameter by 2.6 inches diameter base. Closed-1 inch high.
With very clear hallmarks, excellent weight, and in very good condition, this is a rare collectable, with a practical use. |
