A fine George 111 period mahogany tallboy in two sections, this is of unusualy small size and has blind fretting on its canted corners and under the cornice. Sizes 42"wide, 22deep, 66"high. Date circa 1770.

This beautiful Georgian mahogany chest of drawers has a rectangular moulded top above two over four graduating oak lined drawers with cock beading and brass handles from a similar period. The piece stands on beautiful shaped bracket feet, has original backboards, has a couple of minor old repairs, is a warm medium mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good original condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.

This striking Georgian mahogany chest on chest / tallboy was constructed in the Chippendale era and has a cornice with Grecian moulding and a deep flamed mahogany frieze. The upper section has two over three graduating cock beaded oak lined drawers with original brass swan neck handles, replacement key escutcheons and the sides are beautifully canted and reeded. The lower section has a rectangular moulded top above a pull out brushing slide above three graduating cock beaded oak lined drawers with original brass swan neck handles. The piece stands on beautiful shaped bracket feet, has two minor shrinkage cracks at each side and has original backboards. The piece splits into two sections for ease of removals, is a rich red mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good original condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
