This reduced table end is ideal for a hall way or side table. The piece is a rich medium mahogany colour with lots of beautiful character, a striking grain, good patina, is in good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing. Small George III Mahogany Kneehole Desk C1790

A nice small sized George III period kneehole desk /dressing table circa 1770-1790 . Dimensions : Width= 31"/79cm, Height =29"/74cm , Depth =20"/51cm . It has a full length freize drawer above graduated cockbeaded drawers to each side . The drawers are oak lined although two of them have been rebuilt in mahogany some time ago . To the centre is a cupboard with a cockbeaded door and working lock and key . The desk stands on a moulded border with shaped bracket feet . These pieces are also used as side tables . viewing welcome . Delivery available .
