Edwardian Mahogany Inlaid Revolving Bookcase ca 1900
This beautiful mahogany inlaid revolving bookcase has a square moulded top with a central satinwood sunburst inlay and a satinwood banded edge. The four sides each have four reeded book supports (one is a little chipped) and two shelves and the piece stands on a quadriform base with original brown porcelain castors. The top is a little faded, the piece is a medium mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good original condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
